Firing anybody isn't the thing I'd do every day for a living, but yes I'm capable of doing so right now.

As an entrepreneur, I've had enough with one of my staff who constantly making mistakes and really create a bad name for my Company. Tonight is finally the night when I decided that I'm surely will let her go. Too many mistakes in the same time, over and over again, really push me to the edge. You're Fired. And non-sense about 'poor her', 'give her another chance', etc. I can't just standing here looking at my business falling apart because of one woman. She's so FIRED. I'd giving her 2 weeks notice. Starting tomorrow.

As a project manager in my office, I have several person that work with me. I managed them. One of them is very hard to manage (maybe the fact that I'm much younger and a woman, bother him a little, he might questioned my ability in leading people). The team become less solid and feel like there's a hole inside my team. I wanted him to leave immediately from my team. I'm sure there's a better place for him. But not here. I'm giving him one month chance to perform. We'll see.

I don't like being in this position but I don't like people to ruin what I've build or going to build. Are you with me?
